Pia Guanio can't hide her happiness. It just shows.
In an inteview with GMA 7's Showbiz Central this afternoon, the blooming TV host has divulged some meaty deatails about her beau, her engagement, and her wedding.
Who is Steve Mago?
"He's a very private person, he's a sweet guy, a thoughtful guy"
The Eat Bulaga host has also said that she finally found a person that is not self centered - a total slap on her ex, Vic Sotto's face.
"Steve is a very spiritual person, he's very open and welcoming to the idea of being a Christian."
What made Pia say yes to marriage, given that they've been on together for less than a year?
"Well, of course you always pray to God to help you discern," Pia answered
"Eversince this relationship with Steve started, parang there would be a way to always do things, I felt that God was opening doors for us, that's what happening with me and him"
How did her family react?
Pia admits her family was in shock, and what she loves is that her family and Steve's family got along with each other.
Pia Guanio is a very public figure, a household name. How did Steve take all of that?
"You know what I find admirable about him (Steve), he is totally un-faced by the picture takings, the autographs. He is not like jealous about it, he doesn't mind, he understands very well the nature of my job, I love that."
What about their wedding, when will it happen?
The Chika Minute Host told Raymond Gutierrez and John Lapus that her wedding is going to be very intimate and simple, sometime next year.
According to Pia, she can't imagine herself going gaga in accommodating a lot of visitors.
When asked about the date, she answered, "it depends on where its going to be, but it needs a sunny weather."
